TEAM MEETING: Team meetings are held every Monday at noon in 354 PUP Model United Nations has a long history at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) located in Catonsville, Maryland. UMBC has hosted a Model United Nations Team since 1995 and continues to be recognized for their excellence in competitions. The Model United Nations Team is comprised of current undergraduate and graduate students at UMBC. As part of MUN, the team simulates committee work of the United Nations and associated international non-governmental organizations. Currently, the team participates in two competitions each school year. The Model United Nations Alumni Society is an alumni organization affiliated with the UMBC Alumni Association and formally recognized by the UMBC Model United Nations Team. The Alumni Society is committed to provide financial and leadership support to the Team.
